How do I troubleshoot connection problems with a license server?
I am a license server administrator and have set up a license server for PLECS. When users try to start PLECS on a client computer, they receive one of the following errors:

I have installed concurrent licenses of PLECS on my FlexNet license server. As long as I'm connected directly to the server I can check out licenses from client computers using the the following file 'network.lic':
SERVER <licenseserver> ANY
USE_SERVER
However, if I am behind the firewall, I cannot check out any license.
What additional software is required to install server-based licenses? Does Plexim provide this software?
I am receiving this license error message and cannot use PLECS. Why?
