The HIL Simulator for Fast-Switching Power Electronics

Discover our latest HIL simulator, specially designed for DABs, LLCs and other fast-switching converter topologies. The RT Box 4 leverages the revolutionary Nanostep® solver, which calculates new current and voltage values every 4 ns. It features 6 high-speed analog outputs updated at 125 MSPS, giving you direct access to the highly dynamic signals of the Nanostep solver.

Use the high-speed analog outputs to:

• Observe highly dynamic waveforms with a time resolution of 8 ns

• Test high-bandwidth controllers, such as hysteresis or peak-current control

• Test fast-acting overcurrent and overvoltage protection equipment

The RT Box 4 includes all inputs and ouputs of the RT Box 2. The additional 6 high-speed analog outputs are accessible via BNC and D-SUB connectors.
